Kayak the Cuivre

Join us for Kayak the Cuivre, a fun paddling event on the Cuivre River starting from Heitman’s Launch in Old Monroe, MO. Participants can choose between two course options depending on experience level and desired distance.

Which Course? Pick one:

Easy Rider Course
A beginner-friendly paddle totaling approximately 2.5 miles, traveling to the Highway 79 bridge and back.

Dust Course
A longer route totaling approximately 8.3 miles, paddling to Flatwoods — possibly Dalbow — and back.

Whether you are new to kayaking or looking for a longer challenge on the water, Kayak the Cuivre offers a great way to get outside, enjoy the river, and connect with the local paddling community.
